Our primary area of expertise is providing commercial (non-technical) management of RES assets, including especially wind farms and ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants.

We can pride ourselves on having extensive business and regulatory experience that allows us to provide a variety of services, including:

supervision and coordination of all project (sub)contractors (including technical, construction, engineering or environmental teams),
all range corporate administration for SPVs (including holding positions of board members and fulfilment of all major corporate reporting duties),
accounting and financial reporting,
management of all commercial, corporate and project related documentation,
representation before all relevant public authorities, including: President of the Energy Regulatory Office, public authorities and local municipal authorities (e.g. in the context of local taxes),
support in sales of energy, ‘green certificates’ and guarantees of origin, including negotiations and comprehensive handling of the related contracts,
handling monthly settlements of payments under contracts for difference (for installations covered by support obtained as a result of winning a RES auction),
handling all obligations (reporting, ensuring compliance with representations and transaction covenants) associated with debt financing raised for the construction of RES installations,
management of insurance and physical security of facilities, including negotiations and comprehensive handling of contracts with service providers,
contacts with all relevant stakeholders, from landowners to public authorities,
corporate governance.
