We have significant experience in performing technical due diligence (and preparing the associated reports), primarily for investors purchasing RES projects or assets in Poland, but also for banks that finance construction of renewable energy sources.

Experienced engineer and technical manager in the energy industry. Mirosław is a technical expert in the power industry, including in particular in renewable energy sources, with internationally gained experience (Poland, Finland and Ireland) dating back to 2004.Throughout his career, Mirosław has held managerial positions at companies such as: PSE (Polish power transmission grid operator), Enern (private equity fund managing wind farm assets), Gamesa (leading international wind engineering company) and Wavenet (subcontractor of Siemens in energy projects). Highlights of his industry experience include: technical supervision of four separate grid asset modernization projects for a Polish transmission system operator, technical supervision of a 400/220 kV substation evacuating power from the largest power plant in Poland, as well as technical supervision and technical advice on wind farm assets worth several hundred million euros. Mirosław has prepared and supervised multiple technical DD reports in both Polish PV sector and wind farm sector, totalling several hundred MWs of installed power.
